Dr. Nguyen Khac Lich Deputy Director General of Authority of Information Security: He is an expert with more than 25 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, Cyber Security. He is the author of so many science articles, projects, including major projects: Building a master plan on the application and development of information technology of VNPT Group (e-VNPT); Building the electronic parliament software system (e-PAS); Directing anti-cyber attack campaign in Noi Bai airport, Tan Son Nhat airport, and Vietnam Airline. In addition, he also presided over the development of many policies and legal documents such as: Decree on antispam emails, antispam messages, antispam calls; Prime Minister’s decision on the system of emergency incident response plans to ensure national cyber security; Circular on nationwide coordination and cyber security incident response.
