| BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Le Cong Phu – Vice Director of Viet Nam Computer Emergency Response (VNCERT/CC Center). He is currently in charge of research and development, security evaluation, coordination, incident response, and activities related to the National Cyber Information Emergency Response Network.
Before joining VNCERT/CC Center, Mr. Phu used to work as a manager at PwC, one of the “big four” auditing companies in the world operating in the cybersecurity field. With more than 10 years of intensive consulting experience in the cybersecurity, he has taken part in many important projects, helping Government agencies, financial institutions, banking and economic groups to improve, enhance the ability to ensure information security, minimize risks before the cyberattacks.
