| BIOGRAPHY

Abdul Rahim is the Head of Risk for Visa for Regional Southeast Asia with overall risk responsibility for Visa’s business in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia. In this role, he is a partner to Visa clients and various other stakeholders such as merchants, service providers, regulators, payment associations, and law enforcement to enhance payment security for Visa and the ecosystem.

Rahim has more than twenty years’ experience in the payment business with focus on cards authorization and risk management with prior stints in Citibank, DBS and OCBC. His last appointment was as Head of Cards Authorization and Fraud Risk Management for DBS Singapore’s Consumer Business.
