| ABSTRACT

Every Samsung mobile device is equipped with a defense-grade security platform: Knox Security Platform. A standout component of this platform is Samsung Knox Vault, which securely stores sensitive information such as authentication data (passwords, fingerprints, facial recognition data, etc.). Knox Vault has its own separate memory, processor, and operating system, completely isolated from the Android OS.
