In a world where most businesses are connected to IT, security is an important issue. Protecting against various cyberattacks, such as the DDoS crisis in 2009 and the WannaCry ransomware in 2017, has become a daily routine. Starting as a Symantec customer support engineer in 2014, Mr. Kim has proposed appropriate and efficient systems and protection measures for new threats and changing environments.

These efforts continue even after changing his job to Broadcom’s Partner Account Director in 2020.

He tried to provide rewarding work by providing customers with information on what to prepare for and industry tips for new environments and technologies such as pandemics and generative AI.
