Mr. Lou joined Huawei in 2007 with a Master Degree in Telecommunications from Beijing University of Post and Telecoms

Mr. Lou has 20 years working experience in the Telecom industry in both research and development and marketing.

In 2022, Mr. Lou was appointed as Deputy President of Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection Regional Department. In this position he is responsible for global communication strategy and execution on security and privacy domain.

Mr. Lou is also taking the position of GSMA Fraud And Security Architecture (FSAG) working group Vice Chairman.
