Colonel Tran Duc Su – Director, Center for Information Technology and Cyber Security Monitoring, Vietnam Government Information Security Commission. He graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Career path:

– Feb 1989 – Dec 2004: Lecturers of The Faculty of Cryptography – Academy of Cryptography Techniques.

– Dec 2004 – Mar 2014: He holds the position of Deputy Dean in charge, Head of The Faculty of Information Security – Academy of Cryptography Techniques.

He has successfully chaired and defended many grassroots, ministerial and national science topics in cryptography and information security. He presides over and participates in directing many schemes and projects on cryptography and information security at the organization. He guides successfully many masters and fellows at the Academy of Cryptography Techniques and other universities.

– Mar 2014 – Present: He is the Director of Center for Information Technology and Cyber Security Monitoring – Vietnam Government Information Security Commission. He helps in planning strategy and development plans as well as managing information technology for agencies in the Vietnam Government Information Security Commission, especially directing the task of monitoring and ensuring critical information infrastructure of the Party and the Government.
