Mr. Khanh is one of the experts in the field of Information Technology, with over 20 years of managing experience in Computer and Management Information System in top technology companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, DXC Technology and Kaspersky. With the desire to help develop Fintech in the country, he has co-founded the Fintech Institute under Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association. Ngo Tan Vu Khanh received a Ph.D.in Management Information System from the Soongsil University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2012, Master of Science in Computer Information System Technology from Asia Institute of Technology in Bangkok Thailand in 2008, and BA in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2004
