Mr. Do Ngoc Duy Trac is a cybersecurity expert with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development of numerous organizations, policies, and foundational cybersecurity platforms in Vietnam.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VinCSS, a Vingroup company and one of the pioneers in the Asia-Pacific region in developing foundational technologies for the digital future, including Zero Trust, Passwordless Authentication, IoT Security, and Post-Quantum Security.

In recent years, he has pursued studies in quantum computing at MIT in the United States, focusing on the intersection of Quantum Technologies, AI, and Cybersecurity. He has also been involved in building domestic quantum networks and actively participates in global quantum forums, events, and collaborations with international quantum technology companies. Currently, he is working with a group of experts to contribute to Vietnam’s national quantum program.
