Who We Are
SpecterAI Quantum Security (specterai.ai) is Vietnam’s first post-quantum cryptographic compliance testing and validation company. Incorporated in Ho Chi Minh City and operating from District 7, SpecterAI combines a patented cryptographic validation platform with deep expertise in NIST post-quantum standards and Vietnam’s emerging VN-PQSign regulatory framework.
The company was founded to address a single, urgent problem: Vietnam’s critical infrastructure operators — across banking, finance, telecommunications, energy, and government — compliance under Law 116/2025/QH15 by July 1, 2026.
The SPECTER Platform
The SPECTER Post-Quantum Compliance Scanner is SpecterAI’s proprietary, patent-protected compliance assessment engine. SPECTER performs live TLS inspection of target endpoints and produces a full Cryptographic Bill of Materials (CBOM) in CycloneDX 1.6 format — the international standard for cryptographic asset inventories, satisfying PCI DSS v4.0 Requirement 12.3.3 and NIST IR 8547 migration planning requirements. Each SPECTER scan delivers:
- A scored compliance assessment across five frameworks: NIST IR 8547, NSA CNSA 2.0, PCI DSS v4.0, EU PQC Roadmap, and Vietnam Cybersecurity Law (VN-PQSign)
- Harvest Now, Decrypt Later (HNDL) exposure quantification — the estimated timeline before intercepted traffic becomes decryptable
- An AI-generated threat narrative specific to the detected cipher suite and key exchange mechanisms

Training and Education
SpecterAI operates a 55-lab Jupyter notebook training platform covering introductory, intermediate, and professional-level post-quantum cryptography. The curriculum spans ML-KEM, ML-DSA, and SLH-DSA theory and implementation, VN-PQSign readiness preparation, and hands-on FIPS validation techniques. Six published reference volumes totaling over 1,800 pages underpin the curriculum. Training is available in English and Vietnamese, delivered on-site or remotely, and includes certificates of completion for all participants.
